Hi Nokuhle if you want to apply for the first time at SARS and you want a Tax number do you have you go to the SARS offices or you can do the whole process on the app without going there?

You can not edit your IRP5 when you are submitting your return, your employee needs to do it. Only after they have done it can you go a request a correction on efiling and resubmit your return.

Hi Sne, yes you can. There is a option that says 'Reqeust Corretion'. I should warn you though that this will trigger a verification with SARS but if the mistake is huge then it is worth it.

A quick Q: If you have not done it at all due to self knowledge that below a certain amount sars does not count you as a tax payer but if it does get to the amount, payment is done by the company for years till date reflecting on payslip, how do i get through that?
