Do you not recommend pre-pressing the pad & lint rolling before sublimating onto them? 75 secs @ 400 is quite interesting, as maximum 40-60 secs is usually recommended for mousepads. I guess you are going by whatever the manufacturer/supplier recommended settings are for the blanks you purchased. Sharp looking results, however I feel your images could have been a bit more vibrant especially the woman & baby photo but it depends on the actual file & your camera/lighting and of course your personal and/or client preference.

Thanks for your question and comment as usual. Yes I went with what the manufacturer recommended. 60 seconds should also be ok. The pad came clean, then didn’t or don’t need pre-pressing.

Hi, loved this video. I actual don't have any sublimation equipment but was wondering if it's possible to make mouse pads without using sublimation or using everyday iron?

Yes you can make mouse pads but in terms of the images applying on them might be difficult. If you can afford it , I would advise to purchase 2 or 3 mouse pads as they are like around $2.00-$300. I hope this answer helps.
