Liked it, but few recommend to simmer pineapple chunks for10 minutes on stove ,before putting in to cans otherwise discoloration will happen after few months due to entrapped air inside chunks. What's your idea?

Thank you for watching the video. Personally I have not experienced any discolouration. I have been able to store it for up to eight months. I recommend you try both methods to be able to compare.

@@chevelleflorida my pineapples were doped with chemicals unfortunately. They were rotten by the time they got ripe enough for me to try. I haven't been able to test it yet.
