I’ve literally had this issue for years, sweating excessively on my hands, underarms and feet. I need help please if anyone has the same problem and has any tips because I’ve even gone to a dermatologist and tried the dermatry machine and still using it but so far no results 😢

but i shower next day, so it will get washed off too.

Should I take a shower after waking up then use the antiperspirant again? Or just leave it as it is?

I’ve been on robinul (glycopyrrolate) for over a decade and that has helped my hand sweating a lot. They’re probably about 75% better than before.
