Making excuses is the easiest way to escape from accountability. When I started to learn the importance of accountability finding excuses no matter how rooted they were into reality seemed like lying to myself. Which I hated. Excellent video, Brendon! Much love.

When coming up with excuses, I have focused on what I perceive I lack: time, talent, and treasure. Brendon shed the light on the emotional processes that rob me of realizing my dreams - being embarrassed, feeling shame, feeling uncomfortable. I have taken training on managing priorities. I have developed different talents and have acquired treasure. This is my first training on getting past embarrassment.

Love this and spooky that this is the topic of my presentation next month! Fear that everything needs to be perfect before doing those things. Fear of your peers. Fear of failure. No time, no money, not enough experience, etc. Excuses seem to disappear when we’ve made a decision to Just Do It (great strapline someone has haha!).

Thanks for the great video. One thing about you is that your energy is wonderful and energizing, insightful and you express your views with kindness. One thing I would like to say is that everybody is different, and is starting from a different road. And this is not negative. So I feel that some people are going to be slower, and some people, not you, don't represent that. Just because someone is not achieving, is not because they are not trying. So sometimes also, I find things are unknown and I might just have to do my best till something changes. I love the part about responsibility, very meaningful. Thanks

Cheering on your team of coaches. I'm currently working in learning to ask REALLY GOOD questions in order to sort out my own life and connect way better with my family so I can also pass on that life skill to my daughters and help my man find his charge again.

with me, its definitely the embarrassment factor, but its actually more of a self confidence issues flipped on its back, when others are like "who does she think she is to try that" or when someone else in your life isn't as daring and they want you to play it safe or my biggest fear, hurting those i love because they truly do not want anything more than they have and wonder why i do.

So, my fears have lately been rooted in what other people say about me--but more so confirming the worst thoughts I have about myself, like imposter syndrome. Maybe that's more of an issue with self-talk and confidence, though.

Hello. I have a terrible habit of sleeping in. Its my literal #1 goal to wake up earlier eat breakfast and study the other language Im learning instead of just finding time here and there to get it in. But sleeping in has been a habit of mine for near a decade and its so hard to fight the habit when I'm sleepy and in bed comfy that I just sleep in. I've set alarms outside of my room so that I just get out of my bed but I'll end up on my couch to sleep. I don't know what to do. Its so hard to wake up early. Any tips from anyone on how to jump out of bed bright and early please I would love to hear them....
