    You really hit on something that I hadn't got from other videos, The act of being dismissed for the little two cents I tried to bring to the table. I was shamed an humiliated by my family when I spoke up and told to get over it. I totally made the connection to my compulsive need to over explain or be understood. thank you

    I explain myself so much that I am tempted to send this video to the people around me to explain why I love explaining myself. To explain to them that I am not argumentative 🤯🤯🤯this is a disease. The thing is after the argument, I pause and I realise that I didn't even about what I was overexplaining anyways 😥then I feel stupid.
