Playing play safe for not risking because afraid of getting the failure result in the long run, short route to be it is to follow someone has the way instead long route that to becoming succeed to learn, instead of just short route, which miserable, then take a long route to do well. People don't innovate anytime, they are just trying to condition themselves that someone has it.

The people did or didn't do, you can't be bother, mistake often happen, and people succeed often happen too, you can't bother at someone has it to not, you has it that is the difference. You must distant and distinguish from others with your creativity, not because of the same way would makes you succeed. The point it is you got to be lead in yourself and you got to do different that the rest and Able to do well in it, then people paid you the Money for a difference not the same standard as the leader set. I do things at my greatest, that is why great in doing, it is genius, but fewer than 3% of people around the world are called genius because they are still have the fear where they are not able to do well. Brendon done much homework about psychology, and he is great at specialist in high performance I called him the succeed in his own self. You can take an opportunity but are you like Brendon or me, that is the difference.

Tony, people just not creative with an ability to transform people life. I hope new year it is the same year, you stil have to perform the way that the industry leader does, it is not so much of Tony did or didn't succeed, you still have to do well in your best ability to greatest in your own not others.
