Just in case someone needs it, guys, but beware-I'm not entirely sure whether the translation is accurate. I used OCR and translation. And thank you so much for Chris for the really helpful video. Hope everyone is doing fine! 奶管線與水平面切齊 - The milk pipe is cut level with the horizontal plane. 將線對齊中間 - Align the line with the center. 鋼杯打斜70度角 - Tilt the steel cup at a 70-degree angle. 將鋼杯往下拉進行發泡 - Pull the steel cup down to foam. 實際打奶泡 - Actually froth the milk. 當我們開始滋滋聲打奶泡時,就讓鋼杯角度及進氣深度固定 - When we start frothing with a sizzling sound, fix the angle and air intake depth of the steel cup. 大家可以仔細觀察,牛奶因為增加了奶泡量,所以自動上升將氣孔埋住,這樣的作法可以最穩定奶泡的厚度與結構 - Everyone, please observe carefully. Due to the increased volume of froth, the milk automatically rises, burying the air holes. This method ensures the most stable thickness and structure of the froth.

If you don't mind, always put translations because you'll receive a lot kf viewers who can't or even speak Chinese or whatever the language you're using. Hope that helps. I'm not being critical but you get what I mean. 6/10 clip

This is a great video and easy to follow however you are missing a step. After 10 seconds of having the steam wand make larger bubbles like this, you should further sink it into the milk to texturise it - turn the larger bubbles into smaller ones - which will help with your latte art :)

@@kyojon I just understood this! I wasn't getting it! So you do this so it's "automatic"... kinda? is it? Otherwise what it's normally done is foaming, then texturising separetely?

He's tilting the pitcher to get more depth otherwise the steam can spill the milk all over. Also, it causes the circulating effect like a whirlpool so it's faster.

Put the wand off center and create a swirl like water draining down a sink. You want the milk to go in swirls as you foam.

Why do the oriental people do everything in reverse...HAHAHAHA. I froth clockwise, not counterclockwise. Same outcome but always different.
