Steaming corn is nice because you don't have to boil a whole pot of water. I especially like to steam corn when I am only going to cook a few ears.

What about frozen corn on the cob?

First I would check on the package to see if there are instructions for steaming. If there are follow those. I have not tried steaming frozen corn. I would steam them like I explained but probably longer until they are cooked thoroughly.

Hi, you have calcium deficiency as your wrist bone is sticking out. Please add soya to your diet. Thanks for the video. In India we sprinkle pepper flakes and salt and then rub it with cut lime. Came here to see whether corn should be boiled or steamed.

Thanks for the tip! I also have a video on how to steam corn. You could cook it either way. Boiling corn is easier if your going to cook a lot of corn. I will have to try my corn with your seasoning. I think that would be very delicious!
