Honestly THE MOST UNDERRATED channel on KZread. Doesn't matter if it's Minecraft in the background or whatever but FlowState genuinely just makes content from his thoughts, perspectives, and his philosophies. Very rare to come across raw thought processes like this on KZread

I just came across this chanell, and I think we can all agree that we can listen to him talk for hours. I know I can, and I will. Gonna pull a fairly long night on a school night listening to him while drawing and I have no complaints

I found that before deleting social media if you just move where the app is on your app/home screen you will very quickly realise how much of a habit it has become and that you don't even think about opening it.

Dude that beat you made slapped! and the whole bgm for the video was soothing! I would love to see them on your channel some day so I can use them to study to :) Also great advice man, I also love Xiaomanyc, his content brightens up my feed in seas of controversy and the internets addiction to cancelling people. I found a way to break the dependency was using one of those clean phone launchers (like Niagara launcher for android, can recommend) but cutting out the social noise helps mental health A LOT. Very relatable, this stuff is really starting to get to me after seeing it for years, just trying to find more positive things and keep my mind off of the constant atrocity shame loop that we're stuck in It's almost like a, "this person did something terrible and if you don't shame them with me, you're apart of the problem" I simply want to do neither the bad thing or the shaming

"You are what you eat. I think that applies to mental state too." No, seriously. It really does. I'm on stan twitter and it's constantly negative there. And it has affected my mental state before. So I started filtering out the negativity. And it makes me feel so much better tbh.

Thanks for the video man, I really needed this. This is random but I really wanted to say this anywhere, since I don't have much friends to talk about this. I'm a male (17 years old) and I'm really short, like 163cm tall. Always my entire life I've been the shortest one everywhere and for this reason I was always bullied in school or anywhere I went. This fact really maked me depressed, I used to cry for hours just for this. Lately I decided to do exercise like swimming, being more active, eating healthier and just being grateful for everything that I have in my life. I'm still a little bit sad about my height but I'm trying everyday to improve myself and not letting it holding me down. I know that I sound like a weirdo just complaining about things in a comment, but I just wanted to say, thank you for making my day better. 🙂

Oh how real this video gets as we go on...

my parents always put on the news every god damn day, and its annoying. So when I eat my dinner I usually eat in my room or put my headphones on. I also think there can be negative sides to positivity, sometimes if you just try too hard you either gaslight yourself into ignoring your own problems or you turn a blind eye to injustices or other people's suffering. I understand the whole idea of unplugging and disconnecting from social media but do it too much and that's a great way to end up isolated, alone, and paranoid of every social interaction like me. There is a balancing mechanism to these things.

I've been blessed to have stumbled across your channel, man. It's honestly a refreshment on life whenever you upload something new.
