What is the link for 2017 SQ4 how to start in sport mode without having the press the sport button everytime?

So the only reason here we would be doing this is for the exhaust noise when it starts up?

What if you dont want to start your car in sport mode can you just start it??

I turn on my Maserati ghibli s q4 and I press brake and put it in sport mode

I have a 2014 and it won’t start just drove it Wednesday clock is at 12 won’t take a jump keep saying can’t see keyfob

it is not working on Levante 2017

I'm gonna assume starting would b the same for the Quattroporte..🤷

Yup it is! I have the Ghibli S and those only come in RWD.

If you see a Masi it could be an S but they don't have the S badges on the earlier models, I think the 2017 are just starting to come with them. So you could think its a base model but it could be an S like mine.

Vehicles are meant to warm up. There’s a reason you wouldn’t want to start in sport mode. Let your damn car warm, no wonder these things have such a poor wrap

@@RYO12mwos All sport mode does is open the exhaust valves and change transmission shift points and shift speed. Starting a Ghibli in sport mode will not damage the engine under any condition

@@themanic6575 I know. I just replied to the guy who said it damages the car when it's not warmed up. I meant just warm up the car before doing anything. Anyway, I don't know about Ghibli but some car actually changes the throttle mapping when it's sports mode which makes engine to rev higher when it's starts up. So if the car is not fully warmed up that might harms the engine a little bit. After all, transmissions also need to be warmed up to operate normally. So I thought it might be better to engage aggressive setting after the transmission get fully warmed up ? I am not mechanic. So I am not sure. Actually I had owned some sports cars and sometimes dealer told me not to put in sports mode when it's not warmed up so I don't know what is true here lol
