I am doing meditation from last 4 years this change my life to greater extent. Due to this I achieve that things about which I don't think anything before 4 years . Mediation make us more creative , calm . This also helps to become good human being and become survival go fittest according to Darvin's theorey .

@@Kevin.ChAudhary At morning I daily do 5 minutes mediation. How much time you do it not important but what is the quality of it is much more important . And when I have free time then I do this to avoid unnecessary thoughts . Mediation makes aware you about your thoughts . First start with Pranayam . It will help to concentrate during meditation and also increase immunity.

@Prasid_sandave I have started doing meditation since last two years for 10mins daily, yes now it becomes a habit for me. But still I have day dreaming thoughts, identification, desire , compulsive thoughts etc. I cannot stick to my Goal, I am easily distracted with this worldly material. Now my question is, I'm I not doing enough meditation, should I change my techniques, or it will take time??? My techniques is watching my breadth.

@@elizershadap6393 Watching breadth should not become only breathing exercise although it helps to health but it doesn't give the effects of meditation . Quality of meditation is neccessary and to improve its quality you should know properly how to do it. For this you can read the book 'The Power Of Happy Thoughts ' by Sirshree or any other this kind book . And thoughts are the part of our life they are the proof of our existence for ourself . You have to learn only how thoughts come which are they and how to control them for your welfare . You can also follow this channel.

Doing regular twin heart meditation from 100+ days, couldn't explain how I feel but I can totally understand and agree with him. Doing meditation make me able to think right, to act right moreover to control emotions through breathing. Really appreciate your work on this 👍👌

Jitna aapko shukriyaa kahe is video ke liye utna kam hai...i use to regularly follow your videos....aur inhe apply b karta tha life me.... bahoot benefits mile....but kuch dino se meditation aur jo daily habits banai thi wo band ho gayi thi....frr pichle 2-3 dino me bahoot zada overthinking karne lage .... har pal cheezo ko judge karte .. uske future ke implications ko sochte...jisse aur chinta aur frustration badhati jaye....aur aapka 1 video dekhe the 1% improvement wala...usko hm negatively le liye..matlab ki roz apne har step ko observe kare aur kahi b kuch b galat kare to frustrate ho jaye ki future me iska bahoot kharab result hoga as aaj 1% bekar hua aise Dheere Dheere compounding se bahoot bekar ho jayegi...... But thanks to you sir jo ki aaj ye video aapne upload kia..I desperately needed this ... THANK YOU THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH SIR🙏🙏 1 request hai As I told ki hm 1% rule ko follow karte hai hamesha to usme improvement or to acch lgta hai but agar improvement na ho to frustration hoti hai.... for ex- I play volleyball to agar usme 1 b serve acchi na jaye to confidence down aur frustration hone lgta hai ki 1% mere se kharab hua ab kahi aur na kharab ho jaye...yahi same cheez kayi jgh par hoti hai like while communication, studying etc Ye kaise handle kare sir? I hit the like button as soon as i see a scientist/researcher/psychologist's name supporting the facts/techniques told in the video. Brilliant work as always dear. This is the way things must be taught.
Hi, your video is really very good-and simple to understand and according to my experience its should be the most fundamental thing in you life. I want to put some points if it helps to people I am spiritual seeker since long and now its a big part of my life. 1. The best meditation which Gautama the Buddha has introduced is Vipassana Its a powerful mindful meditation 2. Isha Kriya which designed by sadhguru but effects are immense. Both are available on youtube and can be learned very easily. It should be done at-least for one mandala like twice a day and for 40 days. You will see everything changed but 40 days 2 times a day Or 90 days Once a day.
i have been doing meditation for a while, and i am more aware than before, my thoughts are not very intimidating and i am 10% more happy... it really works
