About 2 years ago I discovered Ketogenic nutrition and have immersed myself - becoming obsessed with the science and physiologic mechanisms behind weight loss and weight gain, and how KETO can help in this battle. Keto was a GAME CHANGER for a carb-addict like me because as long as you stick to it - you start to feel incredible, your cravings are almost non-existent, you’re full and satiated most of the time, food stops controlling your life - and weight loss is a nice perk that comes along with it. If you’re interested in losing weight with Keto - make sure you DO YOUR RESEARCH (as if I didn’t say it enough in the video). There is a lot that goes into this diet and there are a lot of side effects that can occur if you’re not careful. This diet is NOT for everyone, but it might just be the diet that you’ve been looking for to finally lose the weight. I use the term diet, but it is really a lifestyle. Be sure to consult your medical provider FIRST before implementing any diet or weight loss strategy - especially if you are on medications and have medical conditions such as diabetes or high blood pressure.

    Thanks to the keto diet I lost more than 70 pounds. For me it is a lifestyle. I feel very energetic and happy! If I want to have a craving, there are many delicious recipes that can be used. This has been my lifestyle for over a year and I like it… I love the Keto diet

    This was great, thanks, I have been researching "free ketogenic diet meal plan" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you heard people talk about - Leviwiy Ketogenic Kaiserism - (do a search on google ) ? Ive heard some awesome things about it and my co-worker got cool success with it.

    I have been on a keto diet for about a year now and I was not happy with the results. I always felt tired and hungry. I know there are other keto diets out there, but HyperKeto is the only one that really understands what you need to eat, how much protein you need to eat, etc., etc. It's been great!

    he keto diet helped me so much, my acne started clearing, I lost a few kgs and I finally am able to get out without being ashamed of my body and face. I still get breakouts but I have learned to accept my own face. My face was so horrible few months back,I couldn't even smile. Really glad I found keto

    This is much healthier than starving yourself. I have no energy when I starve myself but when I keto diet I have lots of energy AND I loose weight fast.

    I'm 4 weeks into my custom keto diet plan and I've lost 14 pounds which I must say is pretty incredible, it's actually amazing watching my body transform into something I am actually proud of rather than something I have always tried to cover up.

    I’ve eaten keto for over 4 years. It’s amazing for my blood sugars (type 1 diabetic) I’ve lost extra weight, maintained and gained muscle and my level of mental clarity is insane! I never get that ‘carb slump’. I constantly have energy, even after heavy exercise! Blood work all looks perfect.

    Wow!!!! Thank you!!!! One of the best videos I have watched on keto! i have been doing keto diet with intermittent fasting 2MAD 6:18 for over a week now and I have lose 2kg. However my husbands lost 4.5 kg eating the same food and timetable. However he does exercise 5 times a week (he always did) whereas me with two children under 4 have no chance to even do days worth of exercise. However I will start even home zumba and long walks next week. I think thats whats helping him lose weight faster. Oh and he gets his sleep where as I am literally waking up 2-4 times per night for the children. So definitely sleep is important guys and moderate exercise where you can! But I have definitely lost an inch off my belly and his lost 2! We feel so much better and no more cravings for junk food, late night snacks or even and sweet things anymore. First few days was hard (keto flu) but now we are in week two we have the hang of it I believe. There are keto friendly desserts you can make which wont put you out of ketosis. But be aware of eating too much protein too, if you imagine a plate your protein should sit 1/4 of the plate, the other quarter healthy fat and then 1/2 the plate salad vegs greens. Don’t forget to take pink salt in your food, nutritional yeast and lemon water in the morning. Use lemon in your food too so you do not develop kidney stones from eating spinach etc. keto & IF been amazing. And this was once of the best wrapped up videos!!!

    I quit trying with keto... been trying for 6 years... i eat in a 2 hr window daily... whatever i want. It feels like freedom... I eat anything I want. I share it on my channel. I do try to eat a low inflammatory, nutrition dense WAPF style diet most days, but I don't have to. Fasting is healing AND burns fat. I love it. I think you should try OMAD. 22/2. It's awesome, I eat a large meal and whatever my body tells me to. I have dessert everyday!

    When asked about keto, i make sure to point out that it is a "key sensitive" diet and that's the aspect of it that makes it extreme. If you cheat you are out, it's not the same as overeating in calories or compensating by eating less in the evening etc...

    Short and simple nice 👍 video. Keto is also a lifestyle and not a diet. Though many people out there are making merchandize days by selling their products while you don’t need to spend money to be in ketosis! Just go off carbohydrates for 72 hours and eat the fatty meat 🥩 in moderation and let your carbs come from green vegetables 🥬 and no processed foods instead of wasting your hard earned money in buying the so called keto products. 😊

    If you really wanna drop weight I suggest doing a water fast I’ve been doing them for a long time but too get stubborn fat down it helps a lot , I dropped probably 30 pounds in a month, but now I need something more better because I’m hitting the gym more

    @@nitabrahimi6515 so far so good, I haven't weighed myself yet, but I feel great! Lots of energy, and the gross feeling i had in my stomach every morning is gone! I lost 50lbs years ago in Atkins, and back then the options were pretty much limiter to meat cheese salad and eggs. I can't believe how many great products, and recipes are available for a keto diet now!Though I am wiery of the "net carbs" part of the newer low carb diets. my mom always said if it sounds too good to be true it probably is 😁 I guess I will find out. If you are planning on starting low carb, just know that the hardest part is actually starting.

    Someone please answer this question: Is it 100% necessary to exercise while on this diet? I work a physically demanding job that forces me to walk a lot, lift heavy things, and squat for 5 whole hours. When I get home I am too tired to do cardio, but I do go out on a walk for 30 mins everyday. Then I do some abdominals/crunches before I rest for the day. Is this enough exercise or do I need to do a lot more to lose weight? Sorry if this is explained on the video, I haven’t finished watching it

    No it's not necessary, if you check the keto reddit you'll see many people that started it because they couldn't exercise during the quarantine and it worked out. Another important point, to lose weight only need a deficit in calorie intake, exercise burns more calories but that's not mandatory. By all means you already do lots of exercise to ramp up calorie burns so go do some math and see what you need to change on your diet to lower your calorie intake

    so you don't eat 70-75% of butter and oil, its 70-75% total calories from fat. Many foods which you already eat have fat in them (meats, diary, nuts). Additionally, butter and/or oil is used to cook but should NOT be consumed just to consume. It should also be emphasized that fat is 9 calories per gram vs 4 calories per gram of protein or carbs. This means that it doesn't take as much fat as you think before 70-75% of your calories are from them, at least when severely limiting carbs.

    I really wish I had find the *2WeightLossFast. Com* years ago. For 3 weeks of using the programs, I lost TWELVE lbs Of course I work out more than once a week, and also eat right.     Caffeine spikes insulin so it can really slow weight loss. Cutting back on sweeteners can definately speed up weight loss. Look for the UTube video "Sweeteners Explained" by Keto Connect.

    I was told by my doctor not to stick with the ketogenic diet because it's risky. He said I should eat a diverse diet so I tried the Agoge diet and I'm starting noticing less belly fat really fast.

    I heard this diet increases your chance of dying from spontaneous human combustion, especially if you get too hot while in Ketosis... I exercise during the day and I work outdoors where it gets extremely hot... Should I be worried or is this just a myth?
