Kick starting my weight loss using keto inspired meals (mostly low carb), in todays video I am sharing what I ate during this first week doing keto/low carb and how much weight I lost!! I also implemented intermittent fasting so that I can get better results faster. I will be doing a 30 day keto/low carb diet and documenting each week!!

    I just started keto this week 1st time ever and I can’t believe the weight loss. Monday I was 261.8 this morning 248.6 I k ow as a man at 6’1’ and large build 11 lb ain’t as much for me as for most people but it is the way I feel wow I love this lifestyle.

    That is awesome !! I hope you continue this journey. I just restarted my keto journey on youtube lmao lost 30, gained 15 and lost those 15, so back at my loss of 30 and finally back on keto. It feels amazing to be on this again

    I just did a week of keto and only lost 2 pds. I was drinking Body Armour drinks so I think that slowed it down. I found some very low carb/sugar powdered drink packs now so hopefully that will help me lose more weight.

    Started keto, and a 1200 calorie diet last monday(today is the following monday) and I was at 245 lbs and now im at 238 lbs ..with no working out just going to work. For people wanting to make this diet work ...do research, and find items that will help with your cravings. Like burritos, or wraps? Get the carb balance low carb tortillas. Have a sweet tooth? Get dark chocolate, or duncan hines keto brownies, or their cookies. Great work btw!

    Also my carb limit daily is 25..kinda low compared to others but I've done keto before and lost around 50 lbs in 3 months in 2020. I don't suggest people doing keto if you don't listen to your body or count calories (calorie deficit) because you will gain the weight back if you don't pay attention. Fad diets help fast but overall you have to change the way you eat. Sometimes therapy helps to if you are a emotional eater or if you eat out of boredom. Sorry for the wall of texts just trying to help others. Before I started keto again I did the research, therapy, started listening more to my body, and started counting calories and I went from 270 to 245.

    You can do it! not gonna lie it is more mental than anything else, I fall off the wagon here and there and just have to keep going

    I think that’s the biggest thing is doing this in moderation. Eat more healthy carbs than bad carbs.

    I dislike all that fat and butter, l keep it simple as well and moderate , not more than 50 g of carbs daily. How many grams of carbs did you consume daily?

    count bites not calories 80 bites a day then lower the count every wk or do straight up 20 bites a day and lose 1 pd a day

    I lost 3 kilos in 3 day if keto and got back to carbs, never gained rhose 3 kilos after that.
