I’ll be 👀. I’m wanting to start keto but am SOOO overwhelmed on where to start. I have purchased things like Ghee/swerve/MCT oil/etc…. My biggest issue is going to be my COFFEE ☕️😂 I drink a lot of it w/sugar! Coffee is the only thing I can’t stand artificial sweetener in but I have cut the amount I use in half (from 2 tsp to 1) I’ve tried a lot of different sweetners and swerve is the one I can tolerate ……crazy that it’s the brown sugar version I can stand in my coffee 🤷🏼‍♀️. I’m looking forward to watching this ……thnx for reposting the video. (I also purchased a chocolate ghee……any suggestions on using it?). Thnx Thomas. Crystal

@@tergatt4422 cool, give it 2 weeks at least where you are relatively hardcore. Maybe buy some C8 oil, in case you lag energy or get the KETO flue. I'm back on KETO after an 8 months break. Two weeks in now, no big drawbacks but I have also seen less effect than the first time. This time I have lost 0,5-1 Kg, but guess it's also more difficult as I'm already at a normal BMI. Still keep it up as I hope to get a bit lower in body fat and maybe even lose a few Kg more. Also, I had started to lose the fat-burning benefits I had after the last time I was on KETO, I hope I can get them back by doing a 1-2 months KETO, last time I had a 9 months KETO. Please keep us updated on how you are doing, and feel free to ask if you have any questions.

Last year this month I weighed around 100 kg. This year this morning I weighed 71 kg. I started Keto with OMAD (sometimes IF when I was feeling extra hungry during the day) since last year October. That video helped me alot. *YOU* helped me alot! I could not do this without your advice and knowledge. You literally save my live, so thank you from the bottom of my heart. Since I started I Keto and OMAD, few months into it 1. My sleep apnea stops. At first I was insomniac for few months, but now I sleep like a baby :D 2. My skin gets better 3. I live in South East Asia, therefore, insect bites are pretty common. When I was way overweight it would take weeks for them to go away especially if they got infected. Now the healing process is a lot faster. 4. I am suffering from clinical depression as well, but right now, mentally and mood wise I am at a better condition a year ago. I can't express enough how your videos especially the one that got deleted helped me to be healthier and better! You are a Godsend Thomas, don't let anyone says otherwise. Edit: I also bought some dumbbells and do full body work out 3 times a week, and the other 4 days, I do cardio by cycling for 1 hour. These exercises also helped me in my journey.

I avoided this video for the longest time because of it's length but DAMN was every second worth it! I've been on OMAD for over 2 years now and can't believe it's taken me this long to commit to going Keto. I guess I figured I could indulge once a day and be fine....but my energy levels have always been extremely low the morning after and it takes several hours for them to pick up. This is even after eliminating sugar, dairy, gluten, refined carbs, seed/vegetable oils & meat. Well over the past week I made a drastic change to my OMAD meal and replaced oats with hemp seeds (thanks to your keto oatmeal recipe). The results are simply GAME CHANGING. Thank you Thomas, you are doing humanity a great service!

I have started now fasting as well so I'm eating a high fat keto breakfast in the morning around 6am I go to work in A&E on a 12 hour shift. During my shift I have maybe 3 cups of coffee and 2 litres of sparkling water. And then get home and been cooking chicken in my airfryer to make it crispy but also having a hard boiled egg whilst ita cooking. Making peppers with kale and cabbage and harrisa stir fried up with cream cheese and cream as a sauce to eat with the chicken. I don't eat at all at work and my energy levels have gone out the window at work and I'm not hungry either. I've done that now 3 three days this week and back to but then I've fasted over night until 12 to eat this lunch time today.

Oh my world I’ve been doing this I diet for a couple of weeks, and you do not imagine how much you have help me. You are my hero, the way that you explain things is like teachers, you focus on what people need to know and there is a few things that I was doing wrong. I’m a pescatarian/vegetarian and I always had the idea that you have to eat bacon, and I can only have the coconut milk and coconut creamer and as far as the coffee in the morning, is essential because I love it and is really hard for me to eat so early. So I am definitely having the coffee with coconut oil and coconut creamer, If there is healthier coconut butter I will find it but it would help me a lot in the morning. Thank you thank you very much I need to lose 60 pounds and I’m working hard on my exercise and today I have learned so much to be able to combine my diet and my exercise.

Yes yes! This is a great video with great information! In fact I captured screenshots off of the original video and kept them as a little reference sheets. I am a 76-year-old woman who found a new lease on my health when I found your channel a couple of years ago. Thomas, I love your KZread channel, and I love the information you give us! Keep it up!

I started cold turkey after watching your original video June 23rd 2019. I lost 60 pounds. I have been struggling through a higg conflict seperation and my routine as a stay at home down of my three young boys has been flip upside down. This refreshed video was just what I needed to get my head straight as far as maintaining my health. An essential platform for the rest of my mental well being. I got healthy for my whole family a year and a half ago. I will remain healthy for my boys🥰 Thank you and bless you for all that you do!

I'm a 78 year old male on Atkins for 25 years with 100% success! You explained everything very well. What I really appreciated was the fact you didn't come down really hard on my favorite drink diet Pepsi! I hear so many experts warning us that drinks like diet Pepsi will kill us and all the other scare tactics. I have found over the last 25 years that when you feel the need to have a treat that diet Pepsi is far better than being 400 pounds! Just try to keep the number of diet drinks down to a minimum and feel good that it wasn't chips and cake. I can't eat anything with grains, fruit and potatoes because they just trigger my eating addiction too much! My favorite treat is a casserole pizza. I have learned to enjoy pizza without the crust. I have learned over the years that something you don't enjoy as much is probably the best way to go. All the best.
