I think, its better to just start now in conservative way for starters to just DCA ETF, 200$ every month while building your income. Great video guys! 💕

Agree with Rusman, learn how to invest and stock pick. Continue to save the $200 every month and wait for market crash opportunities to pick a good fundamental stock or quality REITS.

There's no difference in holding forever and forgetting a stock if you don't have a exit strategy. If you hold and forget when the stock price increased the most that could be said that you were lucky.

Unit trust is an option for $200 monthly contribution Let the fund manager do everything Just sit back and let it grow Fees are a bit higher, and a lot less headache

From my point of view, very difficult to make money with unit trusts. Most of them lose money cause whatever is earned is offset by high management fees. Usually you will lose money on unit trusts.

Slowly addon , but sometimes emotion will ask u sell, have to very control emotion, me as well, hard to control when u saw ur stock high up 😂, low i will addonof coz😂.. just that some small platform i also scared they announced bankruptcy sudden Then if can go for cdp safer😅

Investing monthly can smooth out market volatility more effectively than quarterly investments, but it comes with higher fees due to the increased number of transactions.
