Everything she said is fact. I am a 60 year young woman working on my second act because I finally encountered Chalene. I was making excuses, had no idea where to start, and worst of all, believed I was too old. One thing I will also stress: change your CHOICES, change your REALITY. I chose to make these changes and shifted my entire reality. So thanks to Chalene! Go for it, ladies and gents!

I’m about to start a podcast on holistic trauma healing. I’m a holistic trauma therapist. One of the areas is nature as a trauma modality. Do you feel like someone who would be a good fit to interview my podcast? If so, are you interested?
I love these 2.0 episodes of the department and they've been so inspirational in helping me to continue to build up my personal brand. I'm a 46 year old woman who has decided to embrace ALL of who I am. I show up in spaces where I stand in constant judgement however my goal is to make a way for the "mature" woman, the tired wife, and the perfectly imperfect woman who is sick of living in the shadows of her titles. THANK YOU GUYS!!!

Great conversation. I am so glad you asked Chalene about her marriage at the end. Those of us who have been in long-term relationships can relate to her answers and can appreciate the authenticity and wisdom in her answers about the key to a long relationship. Keep up the good work. May you continue to enjoy much success on all your endeavors.

I am a school teacher (college instructor) and I am READY to do something else. It really hurts to do something you don't have a passion for anymore!
Good stuff no fluff!! Two things wormed there way into my mind: if you wanna stand apart you have to niche from the start. If you want people to know your name you have to narrow your aim.

As a 2.0 myself, I agree with everything Charlene has said. I have done as she advises. I have been at it since 2019. It works!!! Covid did not deter me. I used to get shy at times. I have surpassed the fear. I call it the INTEGRATION PHASE. The great reset😂perhaps. I have been loving it. I am winning so far. I’m lovingly integrating 47 years on Earth into the next 47 years. All I can say is “JUST START”! I didn’t know about Chalene prior to this interview! All I know now is that Wow I LOVE THIS LADY.
Hoping you'll do more videos encouraging the 2.0 demographic, as we have so much wisdom to share! So inspirational! 😊
Thank you so much for this motivational interview it came right on time! I am going into my 3rd lifestyle. I am feeling uplifted, positive and motivated right now. Yes sometimes I am afraid, no energy, not technology savvy etc! Bam I pickup myself and get back on the merry-go-round of life ups and downs. Repeating no one will make me feel invisible! Keep smiling peace!😊❤
At 45, this is exactly why i have my channel. Perimenopause was the reason I started...cos there were not enough older women in their 40s out here on KZread. ❤
Love your podcast - no fancy editing just good CRISPY content! Always have a takeaway I can act on right after I watch your content. Thanks Omar

I love Chalene!!! Let’s goooo! So excited for this episode! Thanks for what you do Omar!
Great video! Thank you to you both! Chalene was spot on talking about narrowing down the niche. This is my biggest issue getting started with anything! I’m turning 50 in 2 months and feel I have so much knowledge in many different areas and it really is keeping me from just starting bcuz I can’t focus on just one thing! But I think I will use TikTok as a practice tool.
This was my fave episode thanks so much for this. Great questions and great answers ❤!
I love love this.., thanks Chalene and Omar. The encouragement to start was just what I needed
This is my first introduction to Charlene. I am 67 and she hit it on the head! The challenge of getting down to one niche, with so much experience and lived life, is tough! I understand important, but so very tough!
I am loving the reference of 2.0! A great inspiration to just turn the key and start it, love the encouragement from Chalene and made me started my channel, hit the record button and chat away!
This conversation and information is great! Just what I needed to hear today. I’m a 41 year old, fabulous, married mom who is rebuilding her personal brand after hubby finally retired from 20 years of active duty service to the USMC. This content is validating my decision to simply start again. Just turn on the camera and start practicing! I’ll iron out the kinks later. Love this inspiration ❤
So excited for this. Watched the first episode and loved it!!! Thank you!!
Thank God she’s beck ! She is my version of “SUPERWOMAN “ it’s called power from strength and wisdom ❤❤❤❤❤❤ 🦸🏼♀️

Thank you, Omar, for introducing me to Chalene! The first episode with her was amazing, and I loved this one too! She is 100% correct about today’s audience preferring to have REAL CONNECTION and it’s hard to do that when you have to scroll every 15 seconds or so. I make an effort to stay updated on content trends, and that’s a significant one in 2024. Relatability is the key to social media scalability. Chalene dropped a couple of bars in this and that was my version of one 😂
This podcast has the best audio , i appreciate that
Thank you for all the information in this video. Just an observation .... many of us in middle age (or the 2.0 stage in our life) aren't financially set. Some have been very successful at some point and lost it all. Some have struggled throughout their life. I believe that there may even be more value from those who have had set backs and have had to start over. Also encouraging the 2.0s that may currently be struggling is of huge value. I am personally having to start over and its been quite a struggle despite the fact that I feel I have so much to offer, I just don't even know where to begin. Pick a niche... but Chalene is spot on when she emphasizes how hard that is as we get older.
Lover her energy ❤. I needed to listen to her.

@@AaronFigueroa1 Thank you! Implementing the lessons I learned throughout the years of lots of trials and errors changed my life trajectory and learning that there’s a yin and yang in everything. I wouldn’t have appreciated the power of kindness if someone was not cruel to me. I wouldn’t have realized the importance of growth if I didn’t see myself stagnating. I wouldn’t have appreciated the importance of health if I didn’t get sick. I wouldn’t have realized the importance of real love if I haven’t witnessed my parents’ relationship slowly fall apart. @@HolisticTraumaTherapy it’s good to remember even the young hotties have so much pressure to look perfect-more than we do! When they see older women showing confidence (even with imperfections) it is so encouraging to them too-we all need to see more women being comfortable and authentic as they are. (lol-still trying to live that out myself-but I know it’s true!) Younger women have insecurities too-but these days they are more skilled at “airbrushing” than our generation -so they struggle with self acceptance too. 😉 We all need role models to be brave in this way.
