Thanks Mari, I watched this slowly and will replay it as I check my form on each of these examples. I want to achieve results but I'm alot older than you and want to be cautious on my form and injury free if possible. You are by far the easiest at explaining to the regular beginner. Thanks!

Hey Mari! I have a question about your front/back squat. Where should someone’s knees and feet be positioned? I see your feet pointed outward and your knees bend out. I usually keep my feet straight and my knees bend down forward, is this right or wrong?

Hey! Hope you don't mind that I am responding. Most people turn out because they can't hit depth (a bit deeper than parallel) without turning out. Make sure that your knees are tracking over.your feet and not collapsing in.

He is wrong about the RDL I’ve always been told to look down when deadlifting because looking forward cause your neck to tilt up and that stresses the lower back
