Not sure where you are planning on going throughout Italy, after living in Rome for four months I recommend Pisa for a day or half a day, cinque terre for a day was amazing, Florence definitely for a day or two if you have time. Naples was alright in my opinion (too busy) but nice if you have time. Enjoy your travels!

What was such a shame in Venice and all over Italy was the damn graffiti such a horrible thing to see. But Venice was cool. Our hotel reservation got mixed up. We thought we had hotel Venice but it was actually Venice Venice bnb. Worked out great the bnb was nice and in good location. Pretty crazy place.

I agree the graffiti was disappointing to see especially on such beautiful architecture we don't see here in the USA. Glad you had a great time!
