Devoid of any knowledge how to navigate to our Hotel in Ca' D' Oro and still dragging 1 broken suitcase from Lake Como. We stood in long line near ticket office as sign there says embarkation to all lines, this is not correct, it was actually a water taxi driver outside station who helped us and told us what we need to do.
