Found your channel only yesterday by accident - I'm not learning spanish (but german and japanese) but thought you had some good tipps for general language learning, so am enjoying watching all your videos. Keep up the great work! It's tempting me to learn spanish next. But on spanish sounds - I find d hard to pronounce (its not quite like 'th'?). Also y seems to be spoken differently by different spanish speakers (as in 'yo' sounds like 'jo').

I got confused when it says 'quiniela' means pool. I thought swimming pool, but that's piscina. So, I looked on google translate and it says the meaning is football pools (betting on footaball matches). The caption isn't really clear in its meaning. Your lessons are excellent and your diction and exlanations are really easy to understand.

Hi Ian! Thanks for letting me know 😊You are right. Sorry if that created some confusion. In any case, the main goal of these words is not the translation, but the ability to read them properly. Take care 🫶🏼
