Amazing, I just picked up a lot of notes from just this one video. I am kind of a clumsy speaker but this kind of low tone and growly stuff seems to be my forte. I just tried and boom I am natural. But because you put the process into the picture I could really visualise the whole thing and do it spontaneously. I might try making a video with this type of speaking now.

English is my second language and watching a lot of british and irish movies as a child had me copying the accents until I can't speak in my normal english accent lol.

Actors often lose their actual accent, especially in cases where they’re shouting for a couple years, prepping for years. Pretty sure that dude who just played Elvis came out and said he had to find his own voice again, and that it took time.

@@ImproveYourVoice Also, when you were doing the "rock" distortion it sounded more like a false cord. False cord is usually done in metal as a growl scream, and it is when your vestibular folds flap by pushing air through them.
