Now if only there was someone who could teach us to sneak into an amusement park ;) I feel like big name places like Disneyland/Universal Studios/Six flags ect would be damn near impossible to sneak into, but maybe smaller local amusement parks might be feasible (that is if they require an entrance fee of some sort, as many require you only to pay for parking, but then make you buy an overpriced wristband to actually ride the rides.)

For the lower level in Atlanta they'll come to your seat and check your ticket throughout the game, if that usher hasn't seen you before. I know most stadiums don't allow this but Braves lets you bring in your own food and non alcoholic drinks in plastic bottles. But there are ways to get alcohol in.
