thanks Joan!
Great video, with amazing tips! Thank you.
That was great Scottie! The reference photo looked pretty complicated, but the way you broke it down to the main shapes and positions made it a lot more doable. That 's Shinjuku station, south exit, not too far from where I live.

Awesome, as always. Thank you 🙏🏼
Looks like the picture has life !!! amazing art
Absolutely wonderful as usual! The way you use colours is really inspiring for me(I'm colour blind) and it's really helped me grow in confidence with using water colours. I followed a few of your tutorials and just this week have done a couple of pictures of from reference myself. I'll be joining your patreon soon to get involved :)

you post and I watch!!!
Do you draw people in motion like when you're out and about?
Thank you for another informative sketch session, Scottie! Do you have a strategy for skin colors that are more varied, like for Asians, Hispanics, and Black people? What colors would you use for them? When someone is very dark, it's hard to see facial details at a distance. How would you handle that? Thanks!

I add burnt umber and Paynes grey to burnt Sienna to change the skin color for different skin tones. I have a fundamentals tutorial on Patreon if you're interested 👍🏼
