Omg such a great lesson.. I use to tighten my neck strajn my voice couldnt sing high. Will focus on opening my voice more

In know this may not make much sense, but it really depends on the notes you are singing. Difference frequencies resonate differently with solid matter (as opposed to energy). Thus the reason some sound frequencies can shatter glass. Your throat tissue, muscle tissue, mucus membranes, bones, etc. will respond differently to different frequencies aka notes.
