Oh this brings back memories! I used to do a bunch of drawings with this type of shading when I was a (smaller) kid! I'm sad how much my pencil drawings have gotten so much worse over the years. Congrats on having so many skills

Great to see how versatile you are! Really shows what you know and can do, and also how you've embraced your style with the cross hatching and strong blacks. The soft shadows look really clean and smooth, whereas the rendering looks more gritty and textured. Very cool 😎

1:52 Rocke: I am drawing that Batman Me: Wow, that's a nice version of Batman without a mask and an s sign on his suit ! Oh, wait, how can I forget that legendary red underwear ? And in case you didn't knew that 'tool' is called blending stump. And no, don't use fingers to blend (smudge). It just creates a bad texture. The blending stumps are available in different sizes. Use them instead. And please draw Loki next.

Looks quite a bit different than your normal high contrast inks. With the color it has quite a nice look actually 😀 Have you experimented with charcoal sticks before To get darker blacks? Great work! Looking forward to Thursday’s video 😀

Hey... Nice tutorial... I mainly draw Pencil Drawings and use all the Tips that you told.... The tips are great.... And about the Blending stumps... I tried all the Alternative and it works great.... And when i bought Blending stumps, it was a life changer.... Highly recommended.... Awesome Drawing and after colouring in the end it looked amazing 🔥🔥🔥🔥... Awesome video again... Plus it's almost 10k now😁😁

That's an awesome Super...Bat... :p Great video and drawing my friend! To smudge pecils you can also use a dry soft painting brush. It's not very fast but the blending is even softer than the blending stick (but the blending stick is great, it's just another effect you can use). using you fingers works for blending but you can't erase that easy after using your fingers because the grease of your skin will mix with the grafite from the pencil and the paper will absorb that which will make erasing much more difficult. I like the digital colours on pencils, will try that for sure some time :) Take care my friend!

Although I always was able to make it work with drying my fingers on my cloth before smudging, then it works pretty good ✌🏻 I never really used the brush too much cause it’s too slow, but still I could have thought of that one too... Do you have a pc? If so, then have you ever tried doing a video with one of the more powerful drawings programs(like Krita, Clip Studio Paint, Photoshop, stuff like that)? Itd be cool! Great video!
