hey i have a serious issue whenever I try the darker shades of graphite pencils it gets shiny rather than darker, I use artline and fibre castel pencil pls tell how to sort this thing

I’m sure you figured this out but you need to use a softer pencil when shading darker areas then you won’t have that shiny affect.
