Hello I do have a complication with the printer When I want to print a document form my P.C. It says replace/install waste toner tank. The ink is new so I would like to know what else could be the problem. What is a waste toner tank by the way. Thank you

This model printer worked fine with my old router. We switched routers and now it cannot connect. Suggestions?

You need to reset the wireless connection on your printer from settings or maintenance remove the old router details, then set it up as a new product . I am not sure when you changed the router is the WiFi details and password still the same, if that is the case then you need to select to connect Printer already on the WiFi network hope it helps
Im failing to print via wireless from windows laptop . I can install software using the app it keeps telling me it can't find printer though they are on the same network . But with a USB I can easily print

@Ephy Siebs can I asked if your printer is wireless and is connected to WIFI network? How are they on the same network?. Did you try using your smart phone to see if you can find the printer ?

Yes the printer is connected to the same network with the laptop . but with the cable I can easily print and scan

When you connect your printer hard wired with USB cable is not connected to WiFi or wireless Internet, if you connect your printer to WiFi network you don't need the USB cable, you can print from different room in your home when the printer is connected via a WiFi network. You need to download Hp smart app on your phone or computer from Google play store. Then search for available printer, if you find it the you would need to add the password for your WiFi network or Internet network if you like to be able to use your printer, hope this information helps.
Printer is not showing up when I search for it in the HP Smart app.

Try to put the printer in wireless mode by pressing the WIFI button and cancel button together for 3 seconds the printer would start flashing then search for the printer again using the HP smart app
