I already have a tutorial for how to do this in Dark Souls 3. It's called "How to set up Boss vs Boss battles". In Dark Souls PTDE you can also do it like this, but not in Remastered because Map Studio doesn't support it. To edit maps in Dark Souls Remastered, you need to use Soulstruct. Grimrukh has tutorials on how to use Soulstruct.

To set speed with the Cheat Table in the description, you go to [ NPC ] - Lock On - Animation Speed, and change the value. To be able to Lock On to your Spirit Summon, you have to change yourself to the enemy team first: [ Player Status ] - TeamType, change the value to 6. After you Lock On to your Spirit Summon and change their speed, you can change your TeamType value back to 1. Doing this can crash your game, my game crashed after every battle that involved changing speed.

How do I get to stormveil castle? I am in the first city in the game I don't want to play the campaign but just simulate the battles

Amazing tut!! One quick question! I notice in my battles after a boss enters their 2nd phase (cutscene) my character shows up next to the boss and dies even though I have them hiding far away. Is there a way to make it where I don't spawn in the boss area after the cutscene? Thanks a bunch!

Making the player character not spawn in the boss area after the cutscene would require event scripting. I don't know how to do that, I just make my character immortal. You can bind a hotkey to teleport yourself away and just press that key after the cutscene.

@@Pantagana Godrick. My spawned Godrick doesn't enter 2nd phase. I tried changing his team type but no avail. I basically copied and pasted the Godrick in the boss room.

@@RKosmik Every boss that has a cutscene between phases, won't change phases on his own. There are scripts running in the game that replace that boss during the cutscene. I don't know anything about scripting, so I wouldn't know how to program that for the boss you copied.

Does this work for invaders and Ally npc's as well?

Yes. However for invaders, ally npcs, and all the npc's that use the same character model as the player (they all have the same model c0000), you also need CharaInitID (it's a few rows below ThinkParamID and NPCParamID in map studio). In the video you can see I left this at -1, because this determines level stats and equipment, and Bosses don't have those things. But invaders and ally npcs do. You can find the CharaInitID on the same link where I showed the ThinkParamID and NPCParamID.

When you make Radagon fight others in his arena, got any ideas why the new models dont show up/dont move at all when they do?

@@Pantagana I meant the other bosses/enemies you want to fight against Radagon. Even if I just duplicate him, the copy either doesn't appear in the arena, or rarely when it does, it doesn't move at all. Tried to change it to other bosses/enemy types, but the same thing occured.

@@user-dg3nl4ks1x Make sure you are duplicating the correct enemy. The enemy you are duplicating has to be Object Type: Enemy, and not DummyEnemy. Also, make sure you aren't forgetting to change the duplicated enemy's EntityID, and EntityGroupIDs to 0.

for me the modifications i make in the DSMapeditor arent saving...

i figured it out.. i used mod engine 2 launcher. make sure the map edits bin file is in "mods" folder and edit the "config_eldenring" file in your directory to say { enabled = true, name = "default", path = "mods" }

@@lunacylxrd Then of course it doesn't work. It says in the video that you need to patch if you aren't using Mod engine 2. It's also explained in the video at 0:45 where you need to save your project.

Do you know how do show the boss name hp bar? For your example, show the radahn name and hp bar.

If you can't activate Noclip/Freecam, go to the Hexinton discord and ask for solutions. They made this cheat table. It isn't affected by UXM.

Just warp to the closest Site of Grace. You can use the Unlock all Sites of Grace script, or set your Last Site of Grace visited to the one you want with Cheat Engine and use Memory of Grace.

Change the "BaseMaxHP" value of that boss, the same way you change Alliance.

I don't think there can be 3 separate teams. There are a few groups of different TeamType (Alliance) values. Those that are on the player's team, those that are on the "enemy" team, those that are neutral, and those that are hostile to everyone. But I don't think there are any that are hostile to the "player" and "enemy" team, but not hostile to each other.

Kind of. You can edit Sekiro maps with Dark Souls Map Studio, but there are no cheat tables for Sekiro, so you need to use the Debug Menu. Also, Bosses can't deathblow each other, so they would just fight for ever.

how big would the elden ring folder be after it's unpacked with UXM?

update: i managed to do this just with cheat engine, though this video helped a lot, so ty :D though i am kinda struggling to move the camera while in free cam lol also how can i make them not see me at all? i tried making Fortissax and Placidusax fight and Placidusax sometimes just ignores Fortissax and teleports to me no matter where i am

The simple solution would be to put yourself on the same team as Placidusax, so he doesn't aggro onto you. A more complicated solution is to make a custom SpEffectParam that changes your sightSearchEnemyRate and hearingsearchEnemyRate to 0 and apply it to yourself.

@@Pantagana i managed to fix it by using the solution in your ds3 tutorial i think by setting playerhide and playersilence both to 1 (this still doesn't prevent Placidusax from targetting my character when he first disappears and comes back, and i think i tried putting myself on the same team but the same thing as with Lansseax and Fortissax happened, even though it's the same teamtype, he still targets me with that attack, so if you could help with that as well that would be appreciated) still having trouble with the camera though, any help with that? one last thing, i tried making both Lansseax and Fortissax fight Placidusax but i didn't really know how to make them not attack each other, setting them both as the teamtype "Spirit Summons" worked but i couldn't see their health, and i can't lock on to them because they're that teamtype. setting them both on "Enemy" (so they're on the same teamtype) just makes them fight each other

@@woolsword8200 You have to be on the same team as Placidusax before he aggroes onto you, so that he won't target you. I don't know why you are having trouble with free cam, it works the same as noclip, you just activate the script and move the camera with WASD. To see their health, you have to be on a different team from them. If they are Spirit Summons, you need to be Enemy, or vice versa. Elden Ring only shows the health of things that are hostile to you, which sucks, Dark Souls 3 was programmed way better in that regard.

@@Pantagana oh yeah sorry by having trouble i meant that the camera was moving really slowly it's working, but camera is really slow when in freecam also, about er only showing healthbars of agro enemies, because of that i thought that using the "White Summon" teamtype prevented whoever was on that teamtype to not take damage (which is why i avoided using that before, but when i use that teamtype and hide my character, Placi at least doesn't target me with his lightning attacks.) so now my only problem is free cam being slow

Can you please tell me if this is workable on the Pirated Version Elden Ring or not?

It is, but you need to have the correct version of the Cheat Table. Look at what version your game is, and download a Cheat Table for that version.

@@Pantagana I did everything on pirated version. I saved the map in the game directory because I'm not using mod engine 2. But, in the game nothing changed. That's why I asked the question do I need to buy this game. 😔
