Lorewise everyone failed against Leyndell Army except the Carian (they had 20 Carian Knights) Even Leyndell Army now (replace Hoarah Loux with Morgott) is stronger, because the Dragontree Sentinels & Morgott's multiple clones (Margit) are actually stronger. Its just Leyndell has have way more enemies than it used to. And Malenia is much weaker without the Outer God/Goddess of Rot possessing her.

Mogh surviving at 1 HP and plot-twisting everything with Nihil was amazing.

Radagons entire fight was like Madara vs the Shinobi Alliance

Horan Loux shouting and making everyone fall has to be one of the coolest images in this whole thing. Imagine striking that kind of fear into a group of adversaries.

That was pretty cool. I did not expect Mogh to survive, but he clutched with that Nihil. Godfrey, First Elden Chad was great, as usual. My favourite was probably the Beast Cleric, for how the fight ended: casually impaling that last villager and then staring down over her corpse as if asking, "You really thought you had a chance? After all that?"

That Rykard fight really showcased why he's in a puddle of lava. His attacks have such a far minimum range, he just simply missed almost all of them because the enemies were that close to his body.

Always loved how each boss’s personality shines through the ai code. Almost like each move is intentional behind their unique expressions.

I feel like the terrain was the most dangerous enemy for some of these fights.

Mohg's nihil was such a clutch move from him, dude had a pixel or two of health left and just said "nah, I've decided I'm not gonna die"

Love the end of Radagon fight, how he casually turns around with explosion behind him. True boss.

That Radagon fight almost felt like a movie kind of timing. Parried the black flame right at the beginning as if saying "your opener is too weak". Then when the crowd started to get to him, it looked as if he's losing the fight, then he start doing all that AoE and sweeping everything around him. Even that dodgge on 16:44 looked perfect. The finisher was really nice as well, though for a moment there I thought he got yeeted on 17:08.

I like how Radagon just parry the first spell like "you're 2000 years too young to try this" lmaooo ps: he even finish the fight with a "cool guy don't look at explosion", true chad here

A good alternate tite would have been: Can any boss survive Midsommar?

Overall summary of the video: 1) Gideon was THIS CLOSE to greatness but lost. 2) Mogh got a cliffhanger and barely clutched a victory. 3) Radagon showed some style 4) Beast Clergyman somehow did better than Maliketh 5) Fortissax bugged out and couldn't land his best attack cause of the damn landscape 6) Fire giant just road-rolled everything 7) Godfrey/Hoarah Loux shredded everything to pieces 8) Elden beast, once again, brought a flamethrower. 9) Astel was lagging severely but still won. 10) Everyone else got dogpiled to death. 11) And Placidusax sadly wasn't invited to the show☹️ P.s. and Malenia reminded everyone who she is for the 1609653347759 time

You would think the bigger the boss the more damage and harder they would be but Gideon being so nimble and quick he was able to do some really nice evading and spells.

The Phase change actually helps him more than you think. That AOE gives him a chance to win a lot more fights he'd lose. Godrick is the one that has the worst phase change lol.

@@mee091000 yeah but it takes way too long, it doesn't matter that it gives him absurd damage resistance when his health isn't impressive for his place in the game and he has more than two dozen enemies wailing on him. He also really shouldn't have a mere 80 poise, that's Malenia level poise and she's less than half his size.

Yea for some reason Caelid is scaled up to super endgame levels. Caelid Godskin Apostle has 14379 health while Radagon has 13339 which is absolutley insane. And im pretty Sure the bell bearing Hunter from Caelid can beat Most bosses in the game. He has as much health as Maliketh and some of the highest dps in the game.

I watched many videos of things fighting bosses, and in my mind i always imagine how it will be, as i know - just by watching these, never played - the more common initial attack pattern of all of them. So it is really interesting to see that, stripped away from their lairs, many os the bosses act entirely different as a first approach than when in their arena. Be it because of distance, be it just because. Very interesting how the programing of these bosses ir so versatile. Maybe is common for games of this age, but i'm not a gamer (stopped in PS2; returning starting now with a PC and BG3) so for me it is quite a thing to see the AI of these things. Specially when it comes to the more agile and dodgy bosses.

Almost the only anime fight in this vid

Radahn's big issue is that he has to go through all of his animations, it sucks because he could easily win if it wasnt for this big downside, so every time hes getting jumped he has to go through those extra long attack animations due to his phase switching, if he could skip right to meteor he'd be fine

The amount of times he died because he's forced to do the cragblade thing before the meteor XD I'm having trouble with him and I think I'll try to exploit that next. Taking it slow and careful is apparently not the way.

This video made me have stark memories about how much black flame absolutely decimates most bosses. I need to do another Godskin Apostle run.
