Strictly speaking, no. The demigods claimed shards of the elden ring after the shattering, which gave them strength. With few exceptions (radahn), post-shattering is as close to the demigods peak strength as it gets. Perhaps radagon, maliketh and the rebirth lady whose name I'm forgetting were stronger before the shattering, but certainly not Malenia, Rykard, Godrick, Morgott, or Mohg.
