Is there no filters inside the car?

About 4 litres of oil but always use the dipstick to check for the right level, I usually put 3.5 litres to begin the run the car for 30 seconds and then use the dipstick to check the level.

Did you fill the fuel filter cup with diesel and injection cleaner or just injection cleaner

If you don’t have diesel you can use just injection cleaner, works the same.
