Have you started selling at farmers markets yet?
No farmers markets near me 😢 however I was asked to do desserts for a wedding! I have to make 80 macarons how soon can I start making them? Can I make the shells and freeze them and assemble them the day before? And if so how long can frozen shells be frozen for?

I did because a lot of people in my area didn’t know what macarons were, or thought they didn’t like them.
