Thank you for posting this. I have started my new baking business too like many others here :) .You are super inspiring! I had one question, I mainly bake cupcakes and would like to participate in holiday markets. But, doing everything on the same day is difficult. Do you think it's okay to make them a day before and not compromise on the taste? Thanks! :)

You can use inflatable fill it with ice. Get it on Amazon

I use a large ice chest and these ice blocks. They're big and dont get my products soggy! amzn.to/3NqpzH8
