In Mexico the silver shops get the clients sauced on Tequila and then charge them 50x the price. A couple bought like ~300 worth of silver stuff and got banged out for like $2000. I bought about the same amount of stuff and negotiated down to $250.

Smartest jeweler I know probably increased the volume of customers 40 percent with his approach of not just showing you some shiny metals with some sparkling stones but he educates that most of the shlt is garbage and where you getting ripped of at man, I’ve learned nothing but real jewels from him, not the ones you put on but the ones you learn so that you don’t get jerked on the ones you wear.
