How to secure Salesforce org? | Organization Level Security in Salesforce

In this video, Shrey explained how you can secure your Salesforce Org from unauthorized access. I have divided this video into 4 points that are:
1. User Management
2. Setting Password Policies
3. Restricting access to Salesforce for users by location or IP addresses.
4. Restricting the access to Salesforce for users by the time
Also, he also discussed the Health Check feature which helps to secure your Salesforce org as a whole.

Hi Shreya, there is a question in mind for app level records visibility. Can a user having records in one app be restricted to be seen in other app for same object. lets say user1 created 2 records in object A in one app but when he opens the another app which also using the same object A, the records created through first app are visible. I know the object is same and user is same thats why its visible. Can we stop user seeing records of first app into second?
