I my solution is to pull the hair up so you’re not laying on the beads but if your hair is short you can’t do that. I try to avoid beads in hair that can’t be pulled up at night. There really isn’t a comfortable solution to sleeping on beads. For future reference I believe they make soft silicone beads **I’ve never tried them**

I cant do it because i do not have a bobby pin or a beader

I bead my hair all the time its so fun

Please I've tried with the rubber band but it keeps tearing
