Thank you for this video right now I don’t think anyone can afford to buy a house the interest rate is over 6.6% My husband and I have been saving for two years now was all ready to buy until the feds threw a wrench into our plans we aren’t giving up tho still saving & waiting for the interest rate to stabilize
I've bought two houses. I've found if you want to buy a house and save for the down payment, you should double the savings. You'll get into the house and realize you hate the walls, the dryer smells weird so you want a new one, oh I need draperies, the yard is a mess so you'll want to work on it, etc etc

So true. This are improvements you can save towards once you move in. Increasing your income once you become a homeowner can help to save more while bearing additional costs that comes with being a homeowner.

Thank you so much, Bola. I now know that after clearing off my credit card debt in a few months, I will work towards home ownership.

Hello Bola can you explain the difference between a reverse mortgage, or refinance a home loan? Are both used interchangeably. Thank you in advance for clarity.
Thank you soo much
