Josip Sokol it was actually penny’s attending but the blame was put on her because she’s the resident at the time but don’t worry Meredith goes off on him in current season and he dies from a seizure of some sort caused by a brat in Timor of some sort it the one who stood over Derek and said there was no time for CT and didn’t do anything but stand there and yell at penny for not doing something she couldn’t do unsupervised or by herself Meredith only yells at penny cause she was there with Derek at Time and Meredith is in shock but the calls to not do what needed to be done were made by her attending not her
