Bathing can be stressful to some bunnies. Just go slow, use only a few inches of lukewarm water in the sink with a towel on the bottom, and stop if the bunny gets too stressed.

Bathing isn't the best way to get rid of fleas. Your veterinarian can prescribe medication to get rid of them.

lol at all the people shouting "dont bathe rabbits," because they clearly didn't watch the video. Pretty sure I'm gonna go with the advice of these vets rather than your home-grown "research." Everybody thinks they're a fucking expert. If you don't know how to properly take care of your pet when necessary, do the adult thing and don't get the pet. Why should it have to suffer because you're incompetent?

We are not suggesting that rabbits be bathes regularly or submerged in water completely. The type of bath we are describing here is for rabbits only when their hind end is dirty or soiled, and as you can see from the video, it only involves putting the rabbit on a towel in a sink filled with an inch or 2 of water to clean the hind end. This can be done safely and appropriately without any harm to the rabbit if you follow what we describe. We are NOT saying that rabbits should be fully submerged in water or bathed often.
