I S-ranked all the bosses! When I played the game normally, I didn’t use roundabout because I thought it would miss and wouldn’t do much. So kids, don’t be like me. USE roundabout. When I started S-ranking, I used the HELL out of roundabout. It will make your life easier.

By applying a mix the Roundabout from afar and the Spreader up close, equipping the Coffee charm, and using an Energy Beam after parrying two question marks (followed by parrying the third), you can S-rank this boss in under a minute.

For the record it isn't not getting hit. You just have to have at least 3 health by the end of the fight. Or depending on the version never going below 3 health. Either way the dlc items help so much with this. The perry ring or for plane levels the blessed relic makes it so much easier

if you beat a boss in likke 2:10 you still get S and if you use health charms you can take a hit

I died in the middle of the transformation and it glitch the game so hard that it still showed the big one without it moving at all

Technically you can get hit if you use extra hitpoint charms also I prefer roundabout for it if only I knew expert help stuff sooner

Instead of using spread use charge it can get goopy onto his second form in less than 10 hits

You should make a tutorial on how to beat him with just the peashooter lol I beat regular mode my first playthrough with just the peashooter super move 1 and the ex hadouken I could really use some tips for the bosses on expert

I would say the adequate loadout would be spread, lobber, super art 1 and heart ring. Without the dlc I would recommend heart or twin hearts, since you only need 3 health at the end

So in my opinion gloopy La Grande is my easiest boss in Inkwell Isle one you may think root packs the easiest but root pack has more attacks than you think it even has a secret boss but gloopy Le Grande only has three attacks and it's easy to kill I even beat him in under 1 minute one time and that's my opinion

Is peashooter a good weapon

You can get less than 2 minutes and 10 seconds. But after that it’s just A+ ranks. Also I had an easier time S ranking isle 4, isle 3 (including saltbaker) and devil and king dice than Wally warbles lol. (I S ranked the devil and king dice on accident

Easiest boss in the game is goopy

What I found works best for Goopy was using roundabout for the first 2 phases then switching to chaser for the final phase as it is easiest to hit Goopy and spamming the chase EX move. Beat him in a time of 1:06
