This totally fixed the heel lock issue with my RB Crossfire Carbon.

This is amazing, thank you! This is the next step to dialing in my Aeons! They have such a wide and low lacing area that sooo much energy is lost at the 45 position🤦‍♂

This should be a huge improvement then! It almost renders the 45 strap unnecessary aside from on the fly adjustment

Getting a bit of heel lift with my new wizard skates. just got the pair of waxed laces I've been meaning to use and laces them up like this. Will try it out tomorrow.

Happy I don’t have to use this on my Twisters but literally all my other skates ive utilized this method. It’s under rated

That's true. The twister liner's hard tongue that goes all the way through the heel does a great job locking it.

Thank you, I'll give this a go soon. Knees are nearly healed up, at least enough to go in a straight line up and down, which is better than nothing. So do you lace right up to top when you skate or just to the eyelet above the runners knot and loop around the cuff?

This is a real game changer for sure! I lace to the top of the shell AND wrap around the cuff, and lace my liner separate.

In theory you can do as many as you want! I’ve done it at the top and it helps a lot there too

thanks for tips i always have issues to tight them up , do you lace your liners to the boot ?

Hope this helps get them tight! Waxed laces help a lot too! I lace my liners separate
