The poping up slowly is what I was taught in my sprinting days. It really does help.
1: Genetics 2: If lacking genetics, compensate in other areas with exercise, diet, etc 3: With or w/o genetics, put in the time and effort to learn proper breathing and running forms, recovery methods, stretches, etc 4: Run, you can't learn to run fast. You actually have to run and put everything from #3 to good use 5: ??? 6: Profit

I know so many sprinters neglecting their core muscles🤦🏾♂️ glad he said it
@ghostpsgaming5871
3 жыл бұрын
Apple Cida No... sprint training, strength training ( relevant muscle groups for sprinting) makes you run fast...but exercising your core muscles and strengthening them helps your whole body stabilize itself when running. The core is your muscles that link your upper body to your lower body and when you're running you need a strong link between the two. Basically maintaining long stride(high knees) and drawing all the power from your legs to push forward you need your core. PS: your core include your lower back, obliques and abdominal muscles
This helped me go from 15.34 seconds to 8.74 seconds

Ricordo quando eri venuto a Nuoro Italia Sardegna prima del Golden Gala nel 2008 non eri ancora una leggenda. Sei un grande
ok Bolt il try it !!
This is good vid
Usain looks really healthy still! Stay happy champ
There are 3 sprint phases: I find it interesting about the core, it is so important not to ‘pop up’ after the initial drive and after about 70 metres you cannot really accelerate anymore so it is either maintaining speed or minimising the deceleration. I don’t like looking left and right during a race but maybe that reduces tension?!?
I learned a lot today
He's right. Proximal stability leads to distal mobility (stronger core, limbs move more freely).
Man, why is this video so underrated...
No colonial hangover, no trace of the difficult past, no unsolicited humility, pure audacity untouched by poverty , magnetic and magnanimous!!!! A lesson for every boy who comes from (so called) humble background on how to be fearless, uncompromising yet win the hearts of millions all over the world!!!

Best tips for running in just 3 (three) minutes.
I’ll never be fast no matter how hard I train. Envy the guys with talent. And when the talent works hard you have Bolt.
A tip for new runners is to run under yourself or something along those. People told that saw improvement even if their feet weren’t actually hitting the ground directly below them.
