Does this all apply to a LLC elected as an S-Corp for taxes?

Hi, thank you for the info. Quick question for you. Is there a software out there where I can use to process payroll for multiple businesses if I decide to start my own payroll processing company? Do you think if I have less than 100 businesses signed up I can process everything under spreadsheet and Excel program? Lastly, are there any requirements to become a payroll processing company or payroll experience is good enough. Thank you!!

You can use ADP RUN if you have less than 100 employees.

Nice, but this information is more about HR hiring process but not how you calculate hours written/clocked-in and prepare paychecks bi-weekly or monthly. Different companies probably use some program to calculate or auto-deposit in employees account but if the machine or program fails or malfunctions how do you go about it then? Thanks :)
