Hi, how is your plan to study Payroll and are you working as a Payroll professional now?

Do we need a background in Payroll or Human Resources to study for and take the FCP? My experience has been limited to administrative, general office, and archivist, but I am looking to expand into other roles.

Can you give me the website for the payroll certification, please?

Can you provide such guides for entry level candidates in HR other than payroll certification which might be other in HR departments such as training/performance etc?

i'm french payroll manager , but to be able to work in the USA as a payroll manager a certificate would be an advantage. Which one should I choose?

Hi! That's a great question. Some SHRM/HRCI certifications cover payroll in-depth and can apply to more than just the United States. For a payroll-focused option, I recommend: --BernieU's free HR course, Payroll Basics for Employers (www.bernieportal.com/payroll-basics-for-employers/) --Introduction to Payroll Accounting (alison.com/course/introduction-to-payroll-accounting#google_vignette) There are many options out there. A good course for US payroll will cover US tax forms, compliance requirements, technology options, reporting, and more.
