How to RUN FASTER! (Somersault Sprint Drill) 🏃‍♂️💨

This drill is a great way to increase your reaction time, acceleration, quickness and top end speed. All you do is perform a somersault then sprint. A few things to keep in mind:
1) By changing up the position you start and run, your forcing your body to adapt. Adaptability hones in your technique.
2) Learning to fall safely and roll out of it, is important not only in sport but also in everyday life.
3) Sports require us to be fast and quick from all kinds of positions, switch up your starting point & direction each rep.
4) The drill is meant to be fun, engaging and adds variety. Time yourself and see if you can continue to beat your score.
