I'm using Google Pixel 3 and when I tried to do same as you guide in the video, I'm facing "No Command" problem on "Recovery Mode". Can you tell me how to solve it because I completely "Uninstalled Magisk" and now don't know how to root or reinstall it to my device.

in the recovery mode with the "no command" you need to press the home button an then click the volume up. than you are in the correct recovery ;)

Super. How easy work it is !!!. i installed magisk v25.2 on my xiaomi note 8 ginkgo (pixelexperience android 12)

It's kinda dumb they didn't integrate sd card mounting or installation from the sd or internal storage at least. My USB port is toast and it costs like 100 dollars to repair. At least my phone boots and works.

I can't root mi8 se device using twrp. Helpppp

Pixel Plus UI has the same recovery like in this video, can I follow the same steps you just did on this vid??

No, it tells you that exfat is not supported... The key was formatted by PE Rom itself... Probably need to do it in FAT 32
