Im in rooted pixel 2 device module ads block now my device is automatically unrooted im done factory reset. I have twrp but still cant open site to download a magisk and get rooted. What should i do? Do i need a stock rom?

Xiaomi Poco F3 has A & B Partitions / Slots. Can we root the devices as in the video? I am using Evolution X OS (Custom ROM). After I rooted and used the devices for hours, I experienced that when I restarted the phone (initially the device can be rebooted as usual), I would be stuck in the "Pixel is starting" page.

on xiaomi redmi note 12 there are onlyreboot, wipe data, connect with MIassistant and safe mode choice

Mr Munchy - hi....i thought i would add this message (purely as info) - on the lineageOs roms - if you have their recovery installed (and not twrp) - then you have to do everything that you've said in your tutorial - but at the install (flash) part - i had to use adb sideload (and ignore the verification error) method (sm-g973f) - and everything is good - cheers to you.

Hey Munchy, I have a question about rooting my pixel 6. Right now I am on beta build and I want to root my pixel 6 but there is one problem with banking apps. Every time I get the update, I need to remove the magisk module which is install to hide from banking apps, do I need to re-iterate the process whenever an update comes out?

its not working if ur using a custom kernel tried it the result is bootloop, my solution is just use old version 24.3v dont have any problem with it

Hi Munchy, over the time I've learnt a lot from your videos but now I ran into a serious issues with my Mi 11x and hope you'd have a solution. Actually, my usb is dead, can't be recognised in PC in any of the modes be it fastboot, recovery or MTP. Currently my phone is in service centre since 2 days and they're also having a difficult time fixing it. They tried replacing the usb port but no luck. However, I need 2 solutions if you can. Firstly, my phone is unrooted with custom miui flashed with stock Xiaomi recovery so is there any way to flash custom recovery without the usb? I mean it has the default perf kernel so can't use KSU either. Secondly what rights do I've if service centre is unable to get the usb fixed? I can try to get it in written they failed to fix my phone.

no, flashing stock on pixel does not lock bootloader it will unroot your device

Mine says "Failed to install zip file [path to sdcard]". Android 10, Motorola Edge, Magisk 26.1 EDIT: Tried pointing to the copy on internal storage and the one on the sdcard. Install still fails with no reason given. UPDATE: So all of the tuts I found with twrp said to zip Magisk and install from zip and I would get an error. Found another tut that showed install from apk in twrp and it worked. FINALLY!!!! Root checker confirmed root access.

In orange fox recovery, is it same procedure as twrp?
