Can we all take a moment to appreciate Dirty for giving us free lessons and she doesn’t make it on KZread premium even though I think they don’t do that anymore AND she doesn’t put a bunch of ads while she teaches us. Just a BIG thanks too her for the lessons because she’s the reason I can crossover, stagger, backwards skate, spins and more. Thank you Dirty!

I have inline skates, an in process of buying quads.. My skating is improving immensely thanks to Dirty Deb... and my fear is gradually dissipating (at 57 I have a lot of reasons to be scared of falling and fearful of going downhill) Dirty Deb's videos are helping me to build skating skills and confidence, she is so funny and explains things so well, breaks steps down to make it easier.. I cannot thank her enough ... Huge shout out , big hugs and huge thanks to Dirty Deb 🥰💜💜 Di, Newcastle NSW Australia 🇦🇺

Does she have some really good pads that she wears? Having really good pads on makes the fear of falling much less noticeable. Also, just practicing falling can help because you're body will know exactly what to do in that situation

My stress level was off the charts watching her demonstrate things at the top of the stairs! I kept feeling like she was going to fall backwards and down them! If I were rich, I would buy her a plane ticket to Thailand so she could help instruct me. I'm 2 months into skating, and I am barely getting past the bubble stage. I watch all her videos and feel so pumped up! Then I go out to try, and everything I thought I knew flies out the window. I wish I had someone here like her to help me.

Finally a tutorial going down narrow steap pathways. These are two similar obstacles I have stepping out onto the property I live in. The other is two driveways. Driveway choice #1 go down a slight wider to fit trucks, steeper incline but shorter path (no bars to hold onto on driveways). Driveway choice #2 requires going UP a similar path Deborah last went down on to then go down a longer but less steap driveway than driveway #1. What I annoyingly do to start skating is take my shoes and put on my skates where ever I'll be skating occasionally right up front my street sidewalk but all the streets are INCLINED to incline with different types of street surfaces. I haven't really skated the streets around my home because if I haven't see any of you skilled ladies bombing inclined hills then nope I'm not ready.

It happened to me about three weeks ago and my back hurt really badly for a week and then still a bit for another. Finally, I've needed this! I live in a flat on the third floor so it's just stairs after stairs and then right after the stairs there's two steep slopes to ride down before there's flat ground 😂

Oh my goodness! I’d have to walk down all that, then put my skates on and go. 😅

You should definitely record a video with our girl Rollielocks just following you doing your thing. It can be outside or at FVSC, it’s up to you! Just blare the music and have fun with it. I love just watching videos of skaters in their element and having fun. I know you always demonstrate what you’re teaching, but I love watching the pros having their moment to show what they’ve got!

Hello! Thanks for the video, it's very helpful! 💞 Any advises for stairs that are just like a step and then nothing to jam your foot into under it? Like step empty step (sorry for the weird explanation, my English is not so great 😅). Thanks again, you rock! ❤️🔥❤️

I have a little hill by my house. I gotta stop being a baby and do it! I'm done with crab walking or using the grass. I wanted to wait until I got better skates, but eff that. I can still practice in the meantime

I wish there was a place that I could go to understand the maximum speeds I'd hit with certain steepness inclines. There isn't really a safe environment to do that in. When I was in Germany (maybe) skating, I went over an overpass and the decline was intimidating cause I didn't know how fast I would be going down the slope.
