The easiest way to work on Theta and Delta waves is during sleep. I discovered to listen to hypnotic suggestions during sleep. Like low self confidence can be treated by overnight suggestions with online hypnotic videos to rewire your subconscious to new suggestions of higher self confidence. The other way is to meditate, when your conscious mind goes into relaxation state, your subconscious becomes more active, it's the time to put suggestions in it. So I say affirmation or Auto suggestions, where you repeatedly say your desires. Other way to manifest is spatial memory, places, space and environment are all stored in subconscious. So if you can associate the things you desire to the places or locations that you are familiar with then you directly put that information in your subconscious. Whenever your desires or new habits are impressed upon subconscious, it connects with quantum field , according to quantum physics your subconscious believe and desires should and must manifest through LOA. This is how the law of mind, law of physics and law of Universe works together to create your own reality. You can deliberately create your own reality.

I think that some people don't believe in subconscious mind, just because they are afraid to take responsibility for the quality of their lives. I have been successfully using one instrument that helped to identify and change my limitations on subconscious level. All people around me thought that I am crazy. They started using it when they saw real changes in my life. Like salary increase, great relationships and a great health. If you are interested, I can tell you more (@bostan_mk)

A really interesting and a thought-provoking video. Sajeda Badra is a healer(therapist) who tries to rewire people’s subconscious mind to remove negative habits and behaviors and replace them with positive attitudes. Sajeda shares her own personal story about how she was an introvert while growing up and how that attracted people who came into her life and left. She says that every person is wired in a different way and that everyone’s subconscious mind decides how the person perceives his/her life. Repeated experiences in life create a pattern in subconscious mind and that governs a person’s life. But it’s possible to reprogram our subconscious mind using theta healing. In theta healing, new beliefs are added. These beliefs are made stronger by continuously embedding the new learnings by practice.

This seems pretty basic, I've been doing this all my life. Problem is that no matter which new pattern you start that becomes you after a while, but we don't know what we're doing so we can't predict future problems that come along with the new change. Eventually you'll end up realizing that you are nothing and no one, just an ever flowing stream of thoughts, and even those can be silenced if you will it so. This is basically as close as you can get to being dead as you can get while still breathing, and interestingly this makes you feel like you belong somehow in a very profound way, I recommend trying it. If you really want to spice things up you can purposefully give yourself disorders, create delusions for example. I read about some people who can will themselves to hallucinate, I'll be trying that next.
